Key responsibilities :

Day-to-day executive of sales activity management and agency action plans to ensure that all key Agency KPI’s are achieved as budgeted ( ANP and AA )
To Actively participate in reguler weekly meetings with Agency Leaders & their teams to ensure the company vision, standards & action plans are in place & that leader are building a sales activity management culture with their down line ( weekly success formula )
To provide monitoring and day to day business support to Agency Leader’s to ensure they are motivated to recruit & develop their agency practice, providing reguler MI & feedback to the Senior Sales Head on performance
To maximize attendance of both Agents & Leaders at all mandatory & voluntary training events & where required conduct specific training to Leaders & Agents
To Ensure Leader are well support to drive quality recruitment activities on daily basis
Ensuring that agency operations follow best practices and Market Conduct Guidlines and throughly comply with all regulatory and statutory requirement as guide lined by the legal and compliance division

Job Requirements :

Bachelor Degree any background from repurtable university
5 years of relevant experience, preferably from banking or financial industry
Experience in leading agency team, product knowledge, sales activity management, operational procedures and coaching & training team

Business Analysis – AgencyKey Responsibilities:
Sales Performance Reporting and Business Analyst :

PIC in IMO Project (Data Enrichment), especially in project report
Involve in MOST report for regional
Provide commentary for Regional Report (MQR)
Providing analysis about new sales trend to management
Providing accurate, efficient and effective reports to support high level analysis (i.e MOST – for regional)
Responsible for developing information management that are required for analysis in Agency
Responsible for developing automation report with IT department
Analyze and evaluate requests on reports in order to have a standardized model of reports and non overlapping reports

Job Requirements :

Management bachelor degree with at least 3 years experience in similar role
Preferably with exposure in insurance industry
High initiative, able to work independently
Fluent in English, both oral and written

Business Support, DMTM
Key responsibilities :

Aid Strategic Partnership Manager in dealing with internal departments ( Actuary, Underwriting, Legal Ops, etc ) to ensure on time delivery for new product development, new campaign development, new sponsor campaign development, RAPID development, new recruiting development.
Head overall support team for any request from Strategic Partners that involve other depatments, such as New Datawerhouse query ( liasion to ITD team ), RAPID, Product Underwriting issues (liasion to Underwriting team), Customer Claims issues ( liasion to Claim team ), Customer services, etc. Responsible for improving the process and also create workflow to cater the need with other departments.
Business Analitic & reporting- Do analysis related to production, portfolio, and expense to manage portfolio, create business opportunities, Up sell / Cross Sel, and control the expenses. Creating reports daily, monthly, add hoc and responsible for regional report.
Budget control and monitoring – PIC for budget control and monitoring to ensure the expense is not exceeding the budget.
Process and reporting improvement – Improving the process for business support and shaping the unit to fully support the business as needed.
