Key responsibilities :
  • Day-to-day executive of sales activity management and agency action plans to ensure that all key Agency KPI's are achieved as budgeted ( ANP and AA )

Job Requirements :
  • Bachelor Degree any background from repurtable university

Business Support, DMTM
Key responsibilities :
  • Aid Strategic Partnership Manager in dealing with internal departments ( Actuary, Underwriting, Legal Ops, etc ) to ensure on time delivery for new product development, new campaign development, new sponsor campaign development, RAPID development, new recruiting development.
  • Head overall support team for any request from Strategic Partners that involve other depatments, such as New Datawerhouse query ( liasion to ITD team ), RAPID, Product Underwriting issues (liasion to Underwriting team), Customer Claims issues ( liasion to Claim team ), Customer services, etc. Responsible for improving the process and also create workflow to cater the need with other departments.
  • Business Analitic & reporting- Do analysis related to production, portfolio, and expense to manage portfolio, create business opportunities, Up sell / Cross Sel, and control the expenses. Creating reports daily, monthly, add hoc and responsible for regional report.
  • Budget control and monitoring - PIC for budget control and monitoring to ensure the expense is not exceeding the budget.
