Senior Manager GLH Direct Sales
Job Description:
  1. Responsible recruit and develop EBC Direct
  2. Responsible to demonstrate all sales activities for new business generated from appointed direct channel distribution.
  3. Demonstrates consultative selling skills and product knowledge in all EB GLH
  4. Complete understanding of pricing and proposal presentation to clients or distribution channel.
  5. Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers.
  6. Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients through distribution channel of the various solutions the company offers to their business issues.
  7. Develops a database of qualified leads through direct telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and others.
  8. Creates and conducts effective proposal presentations and RFP responses that identify prospects business problems, the effects of the problems..
  9. Demonstrates the ability to gather, submit detailed business information for underwriting, pricing, and presentation of solutions to identified prospects' business problems.
  10. Design compensation Scheme & Budget of EBC Direct
  11. Recruit talent, and performance maintenance of EBC Direct
  12. Develop people to achieve Budget.
  13. Monitoring EBC Direct Activity and Cost
  14. Reporting to supervisor in regular basis

Director, Talent Partner Indonesia & Indochina
General Accountability:
To develop, engage and retain the right talent, at the right time, for the right cost to ensure Manulife operates as a high performing organization and attains its business objectives

Qualifications:
  1. 7-10 years of Comprehensive HR experience, preferably in talent management
  2. Knowledge and experience in areas of talent assessment, succession planning, mobility, managing high potential employees and in design and delivery of programs for management and leadership development programs is ideal
  3. Experience as a talent partner to the business and in driving business results through talent management
  4. Prior experience with talent management systems and learning management systems preferred
  5. Ability to work well with all levels of the organization, with experience working in a virtual team and matrix organization environment
  6. Financial services experience preferred, but not essential
  7. Experience in leading, managing and developing a team will be an asset

Qualifications :

Internal Audit, Supervisor
Qualifications:
  1. Education Minimum of Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
  2. Professional/Trade Qualification A recognized accounting (CPA) or auditing (CIA, CISA) designation is desirable but not required
  3. Experiences Minimum of 1 years audit (internal and/or external) or compliance or risk management experience or equivalent business experience
  4. Computer Proficiency Microsoft Office, and use of computer assisted audit techniques (CAATs) such as ACL
  5. Good Communication Skill in English both verbal and written
  6. Demonstrate basic understanding of business processes and their risk implications, analyze situations, reach appropriate conclusions, and make value-added and practical recommendations

Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor degree from Finance/ Accounting / related area
  2. Minimum 1 year in insurance investment operations or in custodian banks as fund administrator

Qualifications:
